How long have you been in business?

The Handy Women community was created in October 2019, and the Handy Women Boutique in December 2021.

What makes you different from your competitors?

Handy Women is the first and largest community of women who are interested in handy work. The boutique reflects that community and is led passionately from its mission to empower women with tools.

From where do you operate?

Handy Women is operated online, mostly from North America, and has different fulfillment and shipment centers for different areas orders come from.

Do you accept returns/exchanges over and above what customers are entitled to by law (i.e., a replacement/repair for a minor fault or refund for a major fault)?

Currently primarily in North America. If you would like to purchase in your country, please send an email to geraldine@handywmn.com

How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

It takes between 2 and 7 days for the order to be processed before it is shipped.

Where are your packages shipped from?

From the closest fulfillment center to your shipment address, most often in the United States.

Do you ship packages internationally?

Not currently. If you would like to purchase in your country, please send an email to handywomencommunity@gmail.com

How do you price your postage?

It is determined by your shipment location. The price is indicated before checkout.

Do you offer tracking?

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number. If you do not, please contact us at geraldine@handywmn.com

What payment methods do you accept?

The Handy Women Boutique accepts payment by credit and debit card, as well as express checkout with Paypal, GooglePay and ShopPay.

Do you offer loyalty points or reward points, gift certificates, etc.?
